• AM Conferences will not accept reservations by phone. Reservations must be made by completing the online Accommodation Form. One form per person. A confirmation of your reservation request will be sent to your email address once you have completed the form. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: registration@urolap2026.com

• Full payment for the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher and invoice for your booking will be sent to you via email. Please review the documentation carefully.
• All payments must be made in Euros. Below are the available payment methods:

• • Online credit card payment: Once you choose this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a secure bank page.

• Any outstanding payment difference must be settled at the Congress Secretariat when collecting the documentation.

• All cancellations or name changes must be submitted in writing to: registration@urolap2026.com
• It is possible to change the name on your accommodation booking without cancellation fees, provided you inform the office before April 20, 2026, subject to a €50 administrative fee. After that date, name changes will not be possible.
• Cancellations received until February 1, 2026 will be penalized with the payment of one night.
• Cancellations received from February 2, 2026 onwards, or non-attendance, will not be eligible for a refund.
• No partial or full refunds will be issued in the event of conference cancellations due to speaker non-attendance or other program changes.
