General conditions

• The conference secretariat will not accept reservations by phone. Reservations must be made by completing the online registration form. One form per person. An acknowledgment of your reservation request will be sent to your email once you complete the form. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: urolap@urolap2026.com
• The registration fee must be paid before the period changes; otherwise, the registration fee will be updated to the current price.
• Your registration selection must be appropriate for your category (physician or resident); otherwise, you will be asked to pay the difference in the current fee.
• Full payment for the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you. Please review the documentation carefully.
• All payments must be made in euros. Available payment methods are detailed below:
  • Online credit card payment: Once you select this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a secure bank page.
• Any outstanding balance must be settled with the Congress Secretariat before entering the conference. If payment was made by bank transfer or other means but has not been properly confirmed, a receipt will be requested. Otherwise, the outstanding amount must be paid pending verification.

Cancellations and changes

All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to: urolap@urolap2026.com

• . Registration name changes are possible without cancellation fees provided that the secretariat is notified before September 24, 2026, and will incur a €50 administrative fee. After that date, name changes will not be possible.
• Cancellations received by September 23, 2026, will be entitled to a 100% refund of the registration fee, excluding a €50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received after September 24, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
• Partial or full refunds will not be issued in the event of conference cancellations due to speaker non-attendance or other program changes.
• In the event of a complete cancellation of the conference, a full refund of all registration fees will apply.
• In the event of postponement, all paid registrations will be transferred to the new dates. Full refunds will not be applicable.
• The cancellation policy stated above will prevail and remain in effect until further notice or update.

Personal insurance

The organizers do not accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage to the property of conference participants, whether during or resulting from the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
