Reservations must be made by completing the online registration form. One form per person. An acknowledgment of your reservation request will be sent to your email once you complete the form. If you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:urolap@urolap2026.com\"><span dir=\"auto\">urolap@urolap2026.com<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">The registration fee must be paid before the period changes; otherwise, the registration fee will be updated to the current price.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Your registration selection must be appropriate for your category (physician or resident); otherwise, you will be asked to pay the difference in the current fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Full payment for the requested services is required to receive confirmation. Once payment is received, a confirmation voucher will be sent to you. Please review the documentation carefully.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">All payments must be made in euros. Available payment methods are detailed below:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Online credit card payment: Once you select this payment method at the end of the form, you will be redirected to a secure bank page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Any outstanding balance must be settled with the Congress Secretariat before entering the conference. If payment was made by bank transfer or other means but has not been properly confirmed, a receipt will be requested. Otherwise, the outstanding amount must be paid pending verification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span dir=\"auto\">Cancellations and changes<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to:\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:urolap@urolap2026.com\"><span dir=\"auto\">urolap@urolap2026.com<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">. Registration name changes are possible without cancellation fees provided that the secretariat is notified before September 24, 2026, and will incur a \u20ac50 administrative fee. After that date, name changes will not be possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Cancellations received by September 23, 2026, will be entitled to a 100% refund of the registration fee, excluding a \u20ac50 administrative fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Cancellations received after September 24, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Partial or full refunds will not be issued in the event of conference cancellations due to speaker non-attendance or other program changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">In the event of a complete cancellation of the conference, a full refund of all registration fees will apply.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">In the event of postponement, all paid registrations will be transferred to the new dates. Full refunds will not be applicable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">The cancellation policy stated above will prevail and remain in effect until further notice or update.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span dir=\"auto\">Personal insurance<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The organizers do not accept liability for personal injury or loss or damage to the property of conference participants, whether during or resulting from the event.
